People say that business is universal. Anyone have their own chance to create their own business. But why in this world of business, what we see the most is businessmen, not businesswomen? The answer of this question will be obvious. Many women stay at home to manage their household problem and raise their children. While their husband go to the office in morning and come back at evening to earn money that they need for the entire family. It is clear that surely why the quantities of businessmen are larger than businesswomen. Many women also choose to leave their career because they are pregnant. They decide to quit their job to maintain and prepare their pregnancy. They even try their best to prepare what the child will need after he/she is born. It a great, difficult, but also wise decision to take for woman. They do sacrifice their career because they love family more than anything.
But, there are many things that women can do to earn money. If they are married but having no children yet, it will be easier for them to get a job many companies. Many companies prefer to employ women in some of their job positions. Position like secretary, personal assistant, editor, public relation, and some other positions are the position that usually a company put woman employees there. Because, they think that women are usually better than men in some skills, such as typing, writing, and making schedules. A beautiful woman can also becomes a good figure for making relation to the society or other companies. With those ‘plus’ value than men, women have more good opportunities than men do to get job in a company.
Those above are merely to married women who have no children yet. So, what about those other women that have a big duty to raise their children? Well basically, when people want to start doing business, the first main important thing that they need is creativity. The ability to see the opportunities, create a business plan, make an appropriate time schedule will be the following process after the creativity works. They can start from the simple home business, from reselling some products, such as shoes, clothes, or any possible products to be sold or producing their own products such as chocolate cookies (put a label on it), birthday cakes, homemade clothes, or anything that we can make at home. Even in this globalization era, they can use website and try to do online businesses from their kitchen by only using laptop and internet connection
