Nature Business Woman
There are no different between man and woman these days. Now, you can find many woman get great position and job like a man do. And many of them also get precious position in the company and good career. Some of them even own a company. So, what makes this thing happen? First many people have opened their mind for this beautiful creature capability; they will found that woman also has an equal performance like man have. And in business world this is a great opportunity to find many variation of the business process.
But, actually, all of the successful achievement that woman had got these days, was because of their basic nature. Woman is more sensitive, care than man. And the ability to speak or their linguistic capability is much higher than man. This what business world these days need. We all know that business can be succeeding if it has good promotion, marketing and advertising. Woman has taken a big part in these processes.
With their basic nature, which is gift from the God that you woman should grateful of it, they can be the front line of business world that affected the business successful. So, if you’re woman, it’s time to proud of yourself.

Leadership is something that could be trained, that’s what some people said. Perhaps, one side that’s true. But in the other side, that could be a wrong perception. Somehow, there are so many leaders were naturally born. Some of them even never felt any kind of training of leaderships and something like that. Some of them were naturally born from a very complicated situation. We would see some local leader use to come out from a tribe or a community. Those conditions were set naturally. Suddenly, everyone of the group is pointing at him or her to be the leader. This is one thing that a natural leader has, a very special leadership that was shown up to the surface by situation.
Somehow, for some people, this kind of leadership could grow up the global leadership. Again, this kind of leadership cannot be trained. This is a kind of leadership that shown because of the nature wants to take it out. There are so many kinds of leaderships in the world that start from the local leadership and after some comprehensive management could reach the global leadership. For example, the chief of the United Nations is also start form the local leadership. Actually, every global leadership starts from the local leadership. There are so many prove having shown us about that.
Speaking about leadership, we must realize that every one of us was born as a leader, at least a leader for our own selves. We must be able to manage ourselves to be able to reach our personal goal. From this small management “training”, our leadership skills would be trained. Some of could manage to lead some groups. It was started when we were kids. We lead the class to do some tasks from the teachers. It was continued when we are teenagers. We have to lead some people (our friends) to have some other kinds of tasks; this time is even harder than before. It was continued again when we are in the offices. We must lead a team to do some projects. And if we had the chance, we might enter a kind of international organization or political organization, we would be able to have the chance to enter the bigger level of leadership. The next tasks are more complicated. It’s even harder and the ranges are bigger. We must lead a bigger amount of people, with more important tasks. If we manage, we might become better leader.

Gender Isue
In the old day, even today people are still busy with the gender issues. Some women right activists are fighting for the equal rights for the women. They realized that in some works fields, it still so hard for the women to feel the equal rights. For some reasons, there are many companies still have some limitation for the ladies. They set some rules that somehow it feels like to threat the ladies rights.
For some example, some companies set some rules that prohibited some pregnant ladies to have some day off when they start to enter the birth periods. This is a crucial moment for the pregnant ladies. These are what those activists are concerned about. There are still some many disrespects for the women’s rights. Base on the evaluation, those pregnant ladies still have the good working performance, but somehow they still don’t have any better choice from the companies.
So the activists are fighting so hard to get the equal rights for the ladies. They even sew some companies that have treated their employees (women) so bad. Some of them succeeded to get some goals for the ladies at least they got some compensation. But some other still have to fight further.

The involvements of women in the business fields are not questionable again. In any fields, we would be able to see some ladies hold the job perfectly as a leader of a business. Today, there is no way that people may think that those women are only for complements. If in the old days, women are identically with boobs and butt. With those, they could be involved into some kind of business. The facts were that there are so many women that somehow involved into some business only for some complement; in this case, they even used their body to “work”.
For example, in the old days, the involvements of some young ladies in the race track were only as the umbrella girls. But today, you would be able to see some lady racers. Their involvements on the race track are not as compliments anymore. They don’t come to the field just to show some boobs and buts. They also show their racing skill.
Furthermore, behind the screen, there are plenty of ladies involved in the business. They become the arranger of the race, a part of the technician team, and many other important positions that somehow give some huge impact to the race business. Some of the directors of the F-1 teams are ladies as well
